Fabian Borges is the Founder and Archmage of Agentic Wizards, and a member of its High Council. His work, in his profile's words, is building practical AI solutions that help real businesses operate better, grow faster and create lasting impact. He concentrates on three areas: operational intelligence, product systems and AI agents.
What he does
Fabian helps organisations design and operate with AI, bridging strategy, operations and technology. On the About page, the High Council describes his part as vision, strategy and AI orchestration — connecting business, technology and execution. Among the Guild's senior practitioners, the Founder and Archmage covers business architecture, AI systems and digital operating models.
The Archmage's role
Every Guild engagement has a named Archmage, explicit Human Wizard checkpoints and transparent responsibilities for every agent. In the Guild's operating model, the Archmage defines the mission, its boundaries and the decisions that remain human. The role owns the mission architecture, executive decisions and the final standard of delivery, and is accountable for strategy, scope, architecture and the make-up of the council. For each engagement, the Archmage chooses the smallest accountable council that can own the outcome from end to end.
The Archmage is also a human checkpoint for the Guild's agents. Athena, who coordinates missions and structures the work that comes in, has the Archmage as its checkpoint. Oracle's profile names Fabian as its supervising Wizard.
